1. About This Policy
GeoMine AI is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to ship. This Service Delivery Policy explains how the analyses you purchase are produced and delivered, the turnaround times you can expect, and what to do if a report is delayed or fails to arrive. It is the digital equivalent of a traditional shipping policy and is required for transparency under our payment-gateway agreements with PayFast and Stripe.
The service is operated by Ace Communication, registered at 1st Floor, Khayam Chambers, PECHS Block 2, Karachi, Pakistan.
2. What You Receive
For each completed analysis you receive:
- An interactive web dashboard at geomines.org showing all maps, charts, scores and tables.
- A multi-page PDF report (English by default, Chinese on request) downloadable from the dashboard.
- An optional 1-page Executive Briefing PDF for sharing with investors.
- A GeoJSON export of zone polygons and drill targets for use in QGIS / ArcGIS.
- An email notification when the analysis completes, sent to the email address on your account.
3. Delivery Channels
- Primary: the report is permanently available in your dashboard and can be re-downloaded at any time.
- Email: a notification with a deep link to the report is sent via Resend to the email address registered on your account.
- API (enterprise customers only): webhook callbacks and a JSON download endpoint are available on request.
4. Turnaround Times
Most analyses complete automatically within minutes of submission. Indicative timings:
- Small areas (≤ 25 km²): typically 2–5 minutes.
- Medium areas (25–100 km²): typically 4–8 minutes.
- Large areas (100–200 km²): typically 6–10 minutes.
- Hard timeout: all analyses are subject to a 10-minute maximum; if exceeded, credits are automatically refunded.
Turnaround can be longer during periods of unusual third-party API latency (Google Earth Engine, Planet Labs). You can monitor live progress on the analysis page; the status updates automatically.
5. Service Coverage
GeoMine AI works anywhere on Earth covered by the underlying satellite missions (Sentinel-2, Sentinel-1, ASTER, Landsat 8/9, SRTM). There is no geographic restriction on where you can submit an area of interest, although certain commercial layers (e.g. Planet Labs high-resolution imagery) may have variable coverage.
The maximum area per single analysis is 200 km². Larger projects can be split into multiple adjacent analyses or arranged through enterprise contact at info@geomines.org.
6. Charges & Free Delivery
Because the service is digital, there are no shipping or handling fees. The only charge is the per-km² analysis fee (currently PKR 100,000 / km²) deducted from your account credit balance at the moment the analysis is queued.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If your analysis does not appear within 30 minutes of payment, or fails with an error message:
- Refresh the analysis page — most failed runs auto-refund your credits and show a clear status banner.
- Check your spam folder for the completion email (sender:
noreply@geomines.orgvia Resend). - If the issue persists, email info@geomines.org with your analysis ID, or call +92 300 3644444 during Pakistan business hours (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 PKT).
We commit to a first response within 2 business days. If the failure was on our side, we will either re-run the analysis at no additional cost or refund the credits in line with our Refund Policy.
8. Re-Downloads & Long-Term Access
Your reports remain available for download in your dashboard for as long as your account is open. Reports are stored on encrypted, regularly backed-up infrastructure. We recommend keeping a local copy of any business-critical PDF report.
9. Quality Assurance
Each pipeline run uses cloud-masked Sentinel-2 imagery, batched Earth Engine reductions, and AI report generation reviewed against a fixed quality template. We continuously monitor:
- Imagery freshness (preferably within the last 6 months, fall back up to 3 years if needed).
- Cloud / snow / shadow pixel exclusion via the Sentinel-2 SCL band.
- Spectral index plausibility — out-of-range values trigger alerts to our engineering team.
- PDF rendering integrity — page count, embedded image presence, and font fallbacks.
10. Service Limitations & Honest Caveats

It does not replace ground survey, drilling, geophysics or qualified Competent Person review under JORC or NI 43-101 codes. We deliver the report you paid for, but we make no guarantees about the geological outcome.
